Reformer Pilates is a unique workout using the latest model of Pilates Reformers on the market, The Allegro 2 Reformers by Balanced Body. Reformer Pilates workouts are great for boosting your fitness and strength goals, keeping you strong throughout your pregnancy, and recovering post-baby. Also ideal for elite athletes and dancers. Our Reformer classes are grouped into different styles so that you can find the perfect one to suit you.
NOTE: We have 3 x Reformer Beds at our studio therefore bookings fill up fast. We highly recommend going on the waitlist for classes if the class you are trying to book is full – there is a chance you still may get into the class.

FORME
Foundation + Strength
Reformer Pilates FORME class is designed for those who are new to Pilates or for the more experienced practitioners who want to fine-tune their current practice and technique. With a strong focus on technique and alignment, you will learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates, how to safely move your body workout with an emphasis on control and precision.
Suitable up until 16 weeks pregnant.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates FLOW will leave you feeling lengthened from top to toe. In this class, you will be utilising the reformer resistance and the support of the springs to assist you in stretching more efficiently, reducing muscle tension. Mindful movement flows are then interwoven between stretches to incorporate functional movement patterns into your workout. A beautiful class to tone, firm, and balance your body, this class is wonderful for those wanting to gain greater flexibility and at the same time be challenged.
Suitable at all stages of pregnancy.

(HIIT)
Reformer Pilates FIRE classes are strong and challenging reformer-based workouts designed for students who want to explore their boundaries and build on the foundations developed in our FORME and FLOW classes. These classes are designed to challenge your strength through different load and spring tensions, the use of a variety of Pilates props, long holds, and elements of cardio throughout. Feel the BURN, work up a SWEAT, and get an awesome cardio workout that's guaranteed to leave you feeling energised.

PRENATAL REFORMER PILATES
Stretch + Release
Prenatal Reformer is dedicated purely to our mums-to-be. Using the Reformer's unique spring resistance to add an extra challenge and support functional movement patterns to not only support your body through your pregnancy but prepare you for the physicality of Motherhood.
In each class, we focus on strengthening and releasing key areas specific to what many women experience during pregnancy; keeping in mind that every pregnancy journey is different. Along the way we will adapt exercises to cater to all stages of pregnancy - leaving you feeling more physically and emotionally prepared for the birth of your baby and assisting your post-pregnancy recovery.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
If you’ve booked a class and need to cancel, we have an extremely generous 4-hour window. This is because we are both flexible and want to ensure your fellow FWS friends have the opportunity to attend their favourite classes. If you cancel outside of this window, our late cancel fee is $10 and our no-show fee is $20. No exceptions*.
*FORME is a small family-owned business and we lose money and opportunity when you fail to show up to a class you have booked; with this in mind, we ask you to bravely wear our (frankly gentle) no show fee like an adult.
Booking Information
Bookings are essential in order to secure your spot. Please keep in mind, that we cannot guarantee you will get a spot if you show up without a booking.
Socks are required for all Pilates Reformer classes.
Class Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking opens at 5 am, 7 days prior to class.
Our system will allow 1 x Pilates per day – additional classes can be attended on a space-available basis.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class as late entry is strictly not permitted, 2 minutes late is too late. For security and privacy reasons, the door to the studio will be locked at the beginning of each class.
All class cancellations must be made via your Account (Schedule) either online or via the app. We do not accept class cancellations via email or phone call unless you are experiencing technical difficulties, in which case please contact your studio.
The cancellation and booking policy is in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend.
Waitlist Policy – Please treat the waitlist like you are booking a class.
The waitlist function allows you to waitlist a spot in an already full class. When a spot in the class becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the class outside of the 2-hour booking window. Spaces that are canceled inside of the 2-hour cancellation window will be charged the usual late fee and the space will be made available for anyone to book online. You will not be automatically enrolled from the waitlist into class inside the 2-hour cancellation window but are free to book any spots that become available during this period.
In order to utilise the waitlist function you must have your ’Schedule Updates’ text and email notifications turned on. You will receive both an email and an SMS when you are booked into a class via the waitlist. From this notification, you can confirm or cancel the booking. To cancel your booking you need to respond ‘N’ more than 2 hours before the start of class to avoid the late cancellation or no-show charge. Please note, if you don’t confirm the booking the system will still consider you booked into the class as the spot is held for you. If you do not confirm your booking and do not show up for class you will be charged the no-show fee and the space will be available for walk-ins as per our Cancellation Policy.
Please be mindful of this when booking the waitlist for early morning classes as you may be automatically enrolled into a class during the night up until 2 hours before the start of class! Please treat the waitlist like you are booking a class. If you have added yourself to the waitlist and no longer want to attend the class, please cancel the waitlisted classes via your Account (Account Schedule).
